YOGA

Yoga is a technique that works the mind, body and spirit, is an ancient discipline that was born thousands of years in the East.
Just as people often resort to medicine and psychology to spend your stress this is a new way to heal stress ... is a very effective alternative therapy.
There are different types of yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Raja Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Yoga Sapta and these differing mainly in theories and practice.
There are more static yoga and other yogas that are more dynamic. Other types of yoga will pay more attention to standing postures, breathing others. The type of yoga you want a person depends on the need she has.

Today many doctors recommend practicing yoga when they see that your patient is stressed.
It is usually used as an adjunct treatment although there are some who do not believe in the effectiveness that can have this practice.
The benefits to the individual are varied and depend on many factors such as physical and mental state, what type of illness, food, how to take the practice, among others.
This alternative therapy is also useful in pregnant women, we know that does not harm the woman or the baby, but instead provides a safe practice to ensure good health during pregnancy and childbirth.
Some yoga postures are to avoid the usual aches, nausea, constipation, bloating, headaches.
Also ensure that the fetus has more free space for growth in the uterus. Other positions are to facilitate a natural birth and make it much easier.

Ell yoga works on the Chakras, which are energy centers that are located in different parts of the body.
By acting on these points, it does is bring the area and let the energy flow, flow and creates a balance and these points are stimulated with different postures and meditation.
To do yoga just need comfortable clothing, be barefoot so they also work the muscles of the feet, being in a quiet environment, do not cold or hot, with music (or without music) and if need be
Use mats to feel more relaxed to reach the necessary concentration that this practice is intended.
