Abortion

Among the many issues addressed by Dr. Lorraine Binfa about sexuality ... there was one that caught my attention and abortion ... while being parents is an option, why get an abortion? Is it justifiable?

In Chile the contraceptive methods available to the community, either pills, condoms, among others, including public health services in clinics is delivering free condoms, just enough to be registered.
Also today there is family planning, which lets you decide how and at what point in life to have children based on contraceptive care and enables people to live their sexuality freely and responsibly, preventing unwanted pregnancies and even infections sexual transmission.

The use of contraceptive pills is a good method of preventing pregnancy but not STIs. For this method to be truly effective enough to take a pill every day trying to make it on the same schedule. This method can prevent a pregnancy so that you do not want and be exposed to such an abortion where life is at stake.
Remember that in Chile, abortion is not legal even for therapeutic practice, but despite this end, a large number of illegal abortions.

Something that is still in dispute is that if a woman is a being who has rights and is free why do not you may have to decide between life or that of his son when his life is in danger or in cases of fetal malformation why wait to be born and die ... that is to undergo a psychological abuse.

So I think that in cases where it is in danger the life of the mother (such as tubal pregnancies) is necessary to use a therapeutic abortion, and justified purposes, but what is totally wrong and do not consider it an option is abortion on a mistake by not being responsible and not use their right to free sexuality, the right way, because as I said above there are many ways to prevent reaching kill another life through family planning, so I agree with the position of Dr. Binfa
